Justin Rizzo

I make complex technology usable for the people who have to sell it, buy it, and run on it.

Meet Justin

I'm a husband and a dad first, and a proud nerd a close second.

I'll take the hard way if there's something worth finding at the end of it. My idea of a vacation is six days and 120 kilometers on the West Coast Trail with everything I need on my back. Most years it's the annual dads' trip with six to eight of my best friends: a week, 75 to 120 kilometers, heavy packs. Iceland, backcountry Canada, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone.

I build things. Furniture by hand, where the wood usually decides the final shape. And AI systems on a keyboard, where I have to decide.

I can't stop asking questions: physics and cosmology, consciousness, human behavior, and what makes intelligence possible at all. I want to know how things work, and just as much why they matter.

I get excited about whatever I'm exploring, and I have a habit of bringing people along for the ride.

01 · Applied AI

Can he actually work with AI?

I design governed AI systems, test them hard, and turn them into workflows people actually use.

How I work with AI

Three in the loop. Never just two.

One model agreeing with me isn't confirmation. Multi-model, multi-agent, local + cloud.

Me→Model A drafts→Model B tries to break it→I decide

R.E.P.S. Repeatable Enterprise Processes for Sales

A governed AI sales-intelligence architecture for enterprise renewals. It works out the real buying entity inside a complex organization, then where the real opportunity sits.

Architecture

4-tier data sourcing→Business rules & ethics layer→Company identity resolution→~35 research modules→Governance & confidence scoring→Rep-ready brief
  • Governance designed first: proprietary data walled off from external sources, a permission model, and a logged decision record before any module was built
  • An explicit map of what was running versus only designed, so nobody mistook a plan for a product
Regular useof its deployed research workflow, often run by sales leadership

H.O.M.E. House of Minds Emerging

A local-first personal AI operating system: the AI system I actually want to live with. Not one chatbot that does everything, but specialized agents that reason independently, hand work to one another, share context, use tools, and act within explicit boundaries.

Agents decide. Tools execute. Policy constrains.

  • Policy engine, failing closed when intent or permission is unclear

Building toward

  • Deeper agent orchestration
  • Richer persistent memory
  • Broader tool and action coverage
  • More autonomous coordination within policy boundaries

Tested, not assumed. 57 adversarial scenarios run against the governance layer · 2 real trust gaps surfaced and logged.

AI for Sales

Built and led the AI-for-Sales session, co-presented with my VP: practical, governance-first adoption for "sales power users, not engineers."

02 · Revenue

Can he make money with complex enterprise technology?

I inherit accounts with no multi-year agreements and turn them into the company's biggest relationships.

Accounts I took over, and what they became

  1. Inherited enterprise accounts with no multi-year agreements in place.
  2. Restructured them onto multi-year agreements, negotiated with CEOs, CTOs, CHROs, SVPs and procurement.
  3. Expanded them horizontally into new divisions and sister companies, until they were the largest relationships in the company's book.
